History:
50+ Years of International Club
In 1969, only two years after the foundation of HQ Allied Forces Central Europe (HQ AFCENT) here in Brunssum, a group of spouses started the AFCent Ladies Club. This Club fulfilled a similar purpose as what our Club strives to provide today: international friendship and entertainment for spouses and charitable activities within the community and beyond. The Club raised funds, organized Ladies' Tea, tours in the area, and activities like Bridge Club, Antiques Club, Tennis Club, Language Classes, and many more.
